Configure export tags for CDS

Configure export tag to export the reconciled value to the CDS_IF interface. You can add a new export tag.

Double-click 01FC087 stream.
The stream detail dialog appears.

Select Design Info tab.

Select the Edit Flow Tag button.
The Edit Tag Information dialog appears.

Right-click on No. and select New.
A new export tag is added.

Configure the new export tag with the following properties:

Name: Tag name used.

Type: Tag type. The different types of tag types are F (Flow rate), I (Inventory volume), T (Temperature), P (Pressure) and L (Laboratory).

Att: Tag attribute. The tag attribute type should be A (Average).

Interface Name: Interface name. For example, if you select the CDS_IF interface name, the reconciled data is exported to the CDS server.

Tag Name: The actual tag name used in CDS.

Eng. Unit: Engineering unit of reconciled value.

Select OK.
The newly created export tag appears in the Tag Name drop-down.

Select the Edit Flow Tag button next to Tag Name.
The Edit Tag Information dialog appears.

Right-click on No.. and select Export.
The reconciled value is exported to the defined CDS export tag.

Select the File menu.

On the File menu, in the Data & Report group, select Export.Data.
The Result dialog appears displaying the results of all export tags.
