If the Use Intermediate Tank Inventory Cutting(ITIC) option is selected, AVEVA Production Accounting reconciles the tank movement quantity considering the intermediate tank inventory if the intermediate tank inventory is available. It means that the intermediate tank inventory events are created for all tanks if it is required and the intermediate tank inventory data are provided.

Select ITIC

However, if you want to apply ITIC to individual tank, check Select ITIC option to use the option for each tank.

If the Select ITIC global setting parameter is checked, the Select ITIC Inventory option of the tank is enabled.

The Select ITIC Inventory option of the tank is checked, and after you run Get Tag Data, the intermediate inventory data are imported as shown below. Click Apply.

The following intermediate inventory event is created with the intermediate inventory data.

But if the Select ITIC Inventory option of the tank is unchecked, the intermediate inventory event is not created even though the intermediate inventory data exists.

AVEVA Production Accounting imports the intermediate inventory data even though the permanent stream (FL_03005) is connected to the tank as shown below.

You can also manually import the intermediate tank inventory data if there is no movement event around the tank.
