AI Help

You can use the AI Help in the application to answer any doubt or query related to AVEVA Production Accounting.

The following procedure describes how to use the AI Help:

1. Select the Help menu.

2. On the Help menu, select AI Help.

   The AVEVA Connect Sign In pop-up window appears.

   

3. In the pop-up window, enter your AVEVA CONNECT credentials and select Sign In.

   The AI Assistant window appears after successful sign in.

   

4. In the AI Assistant window, enter any query related to AVEVA Production Accounting or AVEVA Production Accounting – Web.

5. Select Ask.

   The AI Assistant analyzes the query, goes through the AVEVA Production Accounting Help documentation and finds a match.

   

   The query results are displayed in detail with reference images in the AI Assistant window.

   

   Note: Up to five queries based on their search order can be reviewed in the AI Assistant window. Once a new query is made, the first query is removed from the window and the latest one is added to the top.
