Industrial AI Assistant

You can use the Industrial AI Assistant in the application to answer any question related to AVEVA Production Accounting, AVEVA Production Accounting – Web, and AVEVA Production Accounting Excel Add-In.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, create a valid CONNECT account with sufficient Flex credits to access the Industrial AI Assistant.

Run a query using Industrial AI Assistant

The following procedure describes how to use the Industrial AI Assistant:

1. Select the Help menu.

2. On the Help menu, select Industrial AI Assistant.

   The CONNECT Sign in window appears.

3. In the CONNECT Sign in window, enter your AVEVA CONNECT credentials and select Sign In.

   The Industrial AI Assistant (Preview) window appears after successful sign in.

   

   If the CONNECT credentials are incorrect, the sign in fails and the following message appears.

   

4. In the Industrial AI Assistant (Preview) window, enter a question related to the AVEVA Production Accounting application.

5. Select Send.

   The Industrial AI Assistant analyzes the question, goes through the AVEVA Production Accounting documentation, and finds a match. The results appear with reference images in the Industrial AI Assistant (Preview) window.

   

6. After reviewing the response, perform one of the following actions as required:

   • To close the Industrial AI Assistant (Preview) window, select the close button (X).

   • To minimize the Industrial AI Assistant (Preview) window, select .

     

   Note: The Industrial AI Assistant window can store up to five search results at a time. When you enter a new question, the Industrial AI Assistant removes the oldest result from the search order list and adds the latest question to the top.
