Property tab

This section describes properties on the Property tab of the Options dialog box.

On the Property tab, you can edit the list of properties in the property list.

You can add, insert, delete, copy and paste properties using the context menu that pops up when you right-click a row header. You can read a CSV file by clicking the Read button and save the current property information as a CSV file by clicking the Save as CSV File button.

Blending Type will be assigned to be either Volume or Weight. It can be used in quality tracking for streams and tanks. For example, viscosity is a weight blending property. When AVEVA Production Accounting DR tracks the viscosity index in a tank, it calculates the blended viscosity index on the basis of weight.

The Report Index determines the sort order of property lists on the Tank Tracking Report and on the Stream and Tank detail dialog boxes.

You can define which property is Density using the Density Property dropdown selection list. This setting is used in component tracking to let AVEVA Production Accounting know which property to use as the density when calculating weight blending and updating the blended density from the tracking results.

You can change the property name for each property tables name using Change Property Name for All Tables.
