Reconciliation Accuracy report

AVEVA Production Accounting calculates the reconciled values of mass or volume flow rate for models, based on internal algorithm. The Reconciliation Accuracy report provides the accuracy of the reconciled flow rate depending on the Z - Score calculated for each stream. The Z - Score is calculated according to the following formula:

Z - Score = (Absolute Deviation – Mean)/Standard Deviation

The report eliminates data with high variance (outliers) based on the Z - Score. After eliminating outliers, the Z - Score is revised and the Reconciliation Accuracy (RA) factor is calculated. The RA factor calculates the estimated reconciled value for the specified period.

The following procedure describes how to query a Reconciliation Accuracy report:

1. Open AVEVA Production Accounting – Web.

2. Select Diagnostic Reports.

   A list of reports appear.

3. Select Reconciliation Accuracy.

   The Reconciliation Accuracy Report page appears.

4. In the Reconciliation Accuracy Report page, select and specify the following details:

   • Historical From Date

   • Historical To Date

     Note: The Historical From Date and the Historical To Date calculates RA factor by removing outliers.

   • From Date: Period on which RA factor is applied

   • Select Model

   • Flow rate on which RA factor is to be calculated:

     • Mass

     • Volume

5. Select Get Report.

   The Reconciliation Accuracy Report details for the selected attributes appear.
