Report​.To​.Excel

The Report.To.Excel menu item opens the Report Data window where you can query basic quantity data information about streams, tanks, movements, gross error results and process/node balance results.

You can copy the cells and paste them into excel sheets or click Report.To.Excel command button on the window to save the data to an excel file.

Report data

  1. Select the File menu.

  2. On the File menu, in the Data & Report group, select Reports.

    A menu appears.

  3. On the menu, select Report.To.Excel.

    The Report Data dialog appears.

  4. Select a tab, specify the Start Date and End Date, and select Query.

    The object quantity data information appears.

Export data to excel

  1. In the Report Data dialog, select Report to Excel.

  2. The Select Report Excel File dialog appears.

  3. On the Select Report Excel File dialog , enter a filename.

  4. Select Save.

    The data is exported to an excel file and saved in your local system.

    Stream Result tab

    On the Stream Result tab, you can query basic quantity data information for streams.

    Tank Inventory Result tab

    On the Tank Inventory Result tab, you can query basic quantity data information for tanks.

    The information includes inventory details and a product code for a selected one day period. The generated Tank Inventory Result displays the tank name, product code, start and end inventory details of both mass and volume.

    To export the report, select Report To Excel.

    Tank Movement Result tab

    On the Tank Movement Result tab, you can query basic quantity data information for tank movements.

    Gross Error Result tab

    On the Gross Error Result tab, you can query for one day of data about detected Gross Error flows/streams. You can export the list of detected Gross Error flows/streams to Excel.

    Guidelines for Gross Error Report:

    • Gross Error Report is available for only one day.

    • The start date and end date is automatically set to start date + 1.

    Process&Node Result tab

    1. On the Process&Node Result tab, you can query process/node balance results.

    2. First column represents the Model information, and second column represents the Process & Node information.

    3. You can filter by selecting Models to display Process & Node balance results from a particular model. By default, the Process & Nodes balance results of all models are displayed.

    4. You can export the result by clicking Report to Excel.

      Product Balance Result tab

      Product Balance Result captures balance, transaction and inventory information of all logical tanks configured in the model.

      This report contains tank opening and closing inventory, tank connected input or output streams, mass and volume data information along with tank net imbalance details.

      Tank Balance Result captures balance, transaction and inventory information of all non-logical tanks configured in the model.

      This report contains tank opening and closing inventory, tank connected input or output streams, mass and volume data information along with tank net imbalance details.

      Use Report To Excel for Product Balance Result and Tank Balance Result

      You can generate product wise material balance report using the Report to Excel feature. The following operations can be performed using the Product Balance Result or Tank Balance Result report for logical and non-logical tanks respectively.

      • You can query the balance results which include the following details in the report:

        • Start Inventory

        • End Inventory

        • Raw flow rate

        • Reconcile flow rate

        • Total Raw flow rate

        • Total Reconcile flow rate

        • Imbalance

          Note: By default, measured flow rate is shown as raw flow rate but if compensated or corrected flow rates are checked, raw flow rate updates accordingly.

      • You can query/publish the Product Balance Result or Tank Balance Result report on either of the following criteria:

        • Single day or multiple day tank material balance results report

        • Sub-model

        Inactive transactions are not displayed in the report.
