Feed Composition report

The Feed Composition report provides a detailed analysis of stream compositions. The report displays both measured and reconciled mass/volume values, along with composition percentages of individual components within each stream.

If your selected period is more than one day (multi-period), the feed composition percentages for mass and volume are calculated using the relative average of the respective mass and volume flow rates.

Note: The report only includes streams that have a valid model connector. These are streams that exit one model and enter another.

The following procedure describes how to query a Feed Composition report:

1. Select Feed Composition.

   The Feed Composition Report page appears.

2. In the Feed Composition Report page, select and specify the following details:

   • From Date

   • To Date

   • Select Model

   • Select Sub Model

   • Balance type:

     • Mass

     • Volume

3. Select Get Report.

   The Feed Composition Report details for the selected attributes appear in a pie chart view in the Analytical View tab. The stream elements are represented in percentages adding up to 100%.

   

   If the composition of an element is <3% and if such elements are more than one, they are grouped together in the Others element.

   • If you want to see the list of elements and their composition percentages in Others, in the pie chart view, hover over the Others element.

     

     The details of elements with <3% composition are displayed.

4. If you want to see a tabular view of the report, select the Detailed View tab.

   

   The Feed Composition Report details for the selected attributes appear in a tabular view.
