There are different methods to set density and assign a priority.
Method 1
First, the density is set with design density (Design Operation > Design Data > Density) when the event is generated.

Method 2
Second, you can set the density by the equation using smart object (Design Operation > Design Data > SG).

Method 3
Third, the density can be imported by the value of density tag (Design Operation > Operation Tag > Design Tag).

If you select the Use Component Data checkbox in Design Operation > Operation Tag and the analyzer tag is set in Design Property > Components, the density is calculated with the values of analyzer tag.

If all the values are available, the priority is:
-
Priority No. 1: Density by equation (It refresh the data whenever DR is running.)
-
Priority No. 2: Density by component data (User decide to use it.)
-
Priority No. 3: Density by density tag (It comes from data historian.)
-
Priority No. 4: Density by design data (when the event is generated, the density is automatically set to the design data)

1: Selected Event Density
2: Ref. Density from Component (if available)
The calculated (decided) density is displayed on the left side of the density field. AVEVA Production Accounting calculates the density from component data even though the component data is not used in calculating the properties of stream (it the component data is available), and this density value is displayed in the right side of density field and saved into new density property as DensityfmComp.
In case of movement stream, the density is decided by composition tracking. (See also Composition Tracking). However, if the user manually changes density for receipt or rundown movements, tracking density is also updated.
