Check Violation of additional Linear Constraints

  • Last UpdatedFeb 28, 2025
  • 1 minute read

Additional linear constraints are checked to see if these improve the results of data reconciliation. If any additional constraint degrades the overall quality, it is detected and eliminated. Also the streams related to these violated constraint are detected as gross errors.

There is the global option parameter Check Violation of additional Linear Constraints check box in Option dialog box.

And each constraint object has option to check the violation of this constraint.

These constraints are checked to see if data reconciliation results are improved or not during data reconciliation. If the constraint is violated, the related streams are detected as gross error as the different solvability.
