An administrator user can audit the model’s data and set the related options on the File/Database tab of the Options dialog box. The Data Auditing box appears like this.

To start auditing, the administrator user first has to create an audit table. This table is stored at the database. After the table is created the user needs to select the Run Audit checkbox.

User Admin can start auditing only model comment without whole data auditing by clicking the Only Model Comment checkbox button on Option window.

When this audit is running, the system creates a general dialog box in each model for adding a description. In this dialog box, the user can input a general description for the day by double-clicking the dialog box.

User can delete this audit comment object if the audit function is disabled.

However, if the audit function is enabled, you cannot delete this audit comment object, as shown below.

If User Admin starts auditing by clicking the Run Audit checkbox button on Option window, the whole data auditing including above model comment runs.

If Run Audit option is checked and Allow No Comment option is checked as shown below, the Input Comment message box will not allow any comment.
