Confidence Level(%)

AVEVA Production Accounting automatically corrects or eliminates gross errors until the remaining streams satisfy a given confidence level.

Note You do not necessarily get more accurate reconciliation values from setting a very high value in this field. If the confidence level setting is too high, most streams will be considered to be gross errors, which excludes them from consideration. Excluding too many measurements results in less accurate reconciliation.

A confidence level of 95% is recommended if process flow or tank movement flow relative tolerance (%) is 5%.

But a confidence level of 98% is recommended if process flow or tank movement flow relative tolerance (%) is 2%.
