Run Reconciliation with additional Linear Constraints

Run Reconciliation with additional Linear Constraints is a global option for enabling the use of Smart Constraints. If this option is unchecked, data reconciliation is performed without consideration of the Smart Constraints, even though there may be some in the configuration which are otherwise enabled.
