Enthalpy balance

The specific enthalpy is calculated by thermodynamic equation of state for most hydrocarbon components and some inorganic material such as nitrogen as well as steam.
The thermodynamic EOS (Equation of State) model is used to calculate the specific enthalpy for given components. This calculated specific enthalpy value of each stream is used in enthalpy balance.
NOTE: Components defined in stream can connect to AVEVA Thermodynamics Library and get the specific enthalpy and Heating value at specific Temperature, Pressure, Composition of Mixture and Phase of the stream.
