Language Setting

In addition to the default English language, AVEVA Production Accounting supports these languages:

• Chinese

• Russian

• Spanish

When you change the language, all menu options will display in the selected language as defined in the C:\Program Files (x86)\AVEVA\AVEVAProductionAccounting2021\ResourceStrings>AppResource_RU.xml resource file. Generic process words such as Tank, Stream, Process, and so forth are not included.

You can customize the values in the AppResource_RU.xml, if required. See Edit a language resource file for more information.

The following procedure describes how to change the display language:

1. Install AVEVA Production Accounting, and complete the installation process in the default English language.

2. Select the Tools menu.

3. On the Tools menu, in the Tools group, select Option.

   The Option dialog appears.

4. Select the Utility tab.

5. In the Language Setting section, select the language drop-down list.

   A list of the supported languages appear. English is selected by default.

   

6. Select a language other than English.

7. Select OK.

8. Select OK to close the dialog.

9. Restart AVEVA Production Accounting.

   The main menu text and information in the model is displayed in the selected language.
