Use the Interface Module to configure connections with a variety of database environments and information systems, such as:

  • Specifying the data source for AVEVA Production Accounting.

  • Importing external information available in applications such as Microsoft Excel spreadsheet files, MS Access database files, ASCII text files, direct SQL access to a relational (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL) to get information about the plant.

  • Specifying direct connection to these process data historians: Honeywell PHD, AVEVA PI System, AspenTech InfoPlus21.
