Standard conditions are 1 atmosphere and the standard temperature dictated by regional standards, typically 15 °C for metric countries and 60 °F in the USA. AVEVA Production Accounting can accommodate national standards that use other temperatures than those mentioned.
The liquid equations, as given, assume that the engineering unit of density is kg/m3 and the unit temperature is °F. The gas equations assume that the engineering unit the unit for pressure is “atm” and the unit of temperature is °K.
Values are converted to these units internally for calculation and reconverted where necessary to accommodate your choice of engineering units.
