FOEV from Heating Value calculation

If you select Manual in Design Operation > Energy Data > Heating Value, the FOEV value will not be input by calculation. If you choose any of the other options, it means that the heating value will be calculated.

The priority of the calculation result is different depending on which heating value calculation type is selected.

Case I: Heating Value is Manual

• Priority No. 1: FOEV by equation. Refreshes the data whenever DR is running.

• Priority No. 2: FOEV by design data. When the event is generated, the density is automatically set to the design data.

• Priority No. 3: FOEV by component data. Serves only as reference.

Case II: Heating Value is not Manual (Equation, Component, Density)

• Priority No. 1: FOEV by heating value calculation. Has no. 1 priority even though FOE value equation is assigned.

• Priority No. 2: FOEV by equation.

• Priority No. 3: Density by design data.
