Manage privilege

The Admin can also set the user to Manage privilege in User Accounts of AVEVA Production Accounting.

The user with Manage privilege can do the following:

• Edit event data for all models

• Import data from sources

• Run tracking and reconciliation

• Export results to the other systems

• Protect close period

  Note: User with a Manage Privilege can lock the reconcile period but for unlocking user requires an Administrator privilege.

• Save the changed data into the database

The user with Manage privilege cannot do the following, and only admin user with Admin privilege can do the following:

• Edit static data for all models

• Edit model configurations

• Edit global static data

• Edit global setting parameters

Admin adds the new manage user with Manage Privilege as shown below.

If you select Manage Privilege for the user, the user will have Manage privilege.

If you login as a manage user, as shown in the stream example images below, you can edit event data:

But, you cannot edit static data:
