Description

New

Ctrl + N

Creates new model. Clicking the New icon on the Standard Toolbar performs the same operation.

Open

Ctrl + O

Opens existing model. Clicking the Open icon on the Standard Toolbar performs the same operation.

Close

Closes the current model in Window.

Requery All

Closes all data and then requery all data without exiting AVEVA Production Accounting.

AVEVA Production Accounting ask whether the changed models are saved before closing all data if the models are not saved and then requery all data.

Save

Ctrl + S

Saves the current model to the database under its current model name.

Save All

Saves all models to the database. Clicking the Save All icon on the Standard Toolbar performs the same operation.

Save As

Saves the current model into the database under a new model name.

Save As Enhanced Metafile

Saves the current model drawing as a Windows enhanced metafile (.emf). The metafile can be opened by standard graphics programs.

Save As XML

Saves your model in XML representation.

Copy Current Model As

Copies the current model into the new model, used to easily clone the current model.

Make New Database As

Creates a new Microsoft Access database file (*.mdb).

Get Tag Data

Ctrl + G

Gets the tag data from process historian and relational database, and files. These tag data are assigned to properties of objects (streams, tanks) that are associated with those tags.

Clicking Get.Tag.Data icon on the Standard Toolbar performs the same operation.

Export DR Data

Ctrl + E

Clicking Export.Data on the Standard Toolbar performs the same operation.

Exports the results of data reconciliation to any data storage such as a relational database (such as Oracle) via the already defined interface.

Report To Excel

Exports the results of data reconciliation to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

Tank Tracking Report To Excel

Exports the composition tracking results of the tanks to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

Tank Activity Report To Excel

Queries all movement activities for the selected tank.

Page Setup

Displays the Printer Setup dialog box.

Print Preview

Displays a preview of the Drawing Window. Click the ESC key or select this menu again to return to the Drawing Window.

Print

Prints the Drawing Window.

Exit

Exits the AVEVA Production Accounting program. Open models will be closed, with a prompt to save them if appropriate.
