Hardware requirements

The following are the hardware requirements for installing AVEVA Production Accounting:

Recommended: 32 GB

Available space on hard disk:

Minimum requirement: 200 GB

Recommended: 500 GB SSD

Monitor size and resolution:

24" monitor with 1920 x 1080 resolution

Note: It is recommended to use the default scaling and layout of the operating systems.

Client hardware

Processor:

Intel® Core i3 or above

Number of cores:

2 or more

Random Access Memory (RAM):

Minimum requirement: 8 GB
Recommended: 32 GB

Available space on hard disk:
Minimum requirement: 200 GB
Recommended: 500 GB SSD

Monitor size and resolution:

24" monitor with 1920 x 1080 resolution or laptop of standard sizes

Note: It is recommended to use the default scaling and layout of the operating systems.

Apart from the above-mentioned hardware requirements, check the CPU performance of the machine if applications other than AVEVA Production Accounting are already installed. If the CPU performance is not sufficient, upgrade the RAM of the machine.

The following are the supported OS and software requirements for installing AVEVA Production Accounting:

Note: AVEVA Production Accounting 2026.1 requires AVEVA Production Accounting Excel Add-in version 2026.1.

AVEVA Production Accounting 2026.1 release coexists with the following versions of AVEVA Production Accounting.

Note: After upgrading to AVEVA Production Accounting 2026.1, you can uninstall earlier versions of the application. If the earlier version is prior to version 2023, then while launching AVEVA Production Accounting 2026.1, in the registration message, select OK and allow the registration to get completed.

Open AVEVA Production Accounting 2026.1 as an administrator after uninstalling the older versions.

The installer updates the existing installation on your computer.

When you install AVEVA Production Accounting 2026.1, your previous installation of AVEVA Production Accounting will be automatically updated if it is of the same year version. For example, 2022 R2 will update 2022 and not 2021.
Models used in AVEVA Production Accounting are not affected by the update and will continue to work in this latest release after installation.
