Task Scheduler

The Task Scheduler schedules and performs automatic runs of routine operations of AVEVA Production Accounting such as, application launching, data loading from configured database, data reconciliation and result export to database.
The Task Scheduler perform these operations irrespective of whether you are away or logged out of your Windows user profile.
Note: Launch AVEVA Production Accounting with Administrator mode to create tasks using Task Scheduler.
Add a task

Select the Utility menu.

On the Utility menu, select Task Scheduler.
The Task Scheduler dialog appears.

Select Add.
The New Task pop-up window appears.

Populate the Name and Time box.

Select OK.
The task is scheduled. The application launches and runs the operation on the scheduled time.
Edit a task

In the Task Scheduler dialog, select an existing task.

Select Edit.
The Edit Task pop-up window appears.

Edit the Name or Time details as required.

Select OK.
The task is updated.
Delete a task

In the Task Scheduler dialog, select a task.

Select Delete.
The task is deleted and the Delete Task pop-up window appears.
