Navigate the main menu and drawing window

The main menu shows the drawing window, which displays a graphical representation of the model, and gives access to detailed information about each modeled object. The drawing window is always present when AVEVA Production Accounting is running.

Legends

1. Title bar: Shows the program name.

2. Menu bar: Describes the commands on the File, Edit, Database, View, Format, Tools and Run menus.

3. Standard toolbar: Contains buttons for the most commonly used commands.

4. Drawing toolbar: Contains tools for creating and selecting objects.

5. Drawing Canvas: This is the area upon which model objects are rendered for viewing and upon which you can drag and drop to create and edit objects. The visible canvas may be much smaller than the flowsheet, which is the entire drawing of your model. The current size of the Drawing Window and the zoom factor determine how much canvas is visible.

6. Status and Time bar: Gives information such as database name, current period date, and time. StartDateTime shows the active start date and time for the currently chosen data reconciliation period, while EndDateTime shows the active end date and time. By implication, the data reconciliation period is from StartDateTime to EndDateTime.
