Feeds, Rundowns, and Operation Parameters for process objects

The Feeds and Rundowns frame initially shows the measured value of feed and rundown streams as a percentage for the feed total flow rates. If you double-click the heading column of "% -> ton/hour", it will be switched to "ton/hour -> %". That is, the current unit of display is shown first in the column heading.
