The Get Data Information dialog has five tabs.

Get Tag Data From DB

The Get Tag Data From DB tab shows the result which is defined in Tag.Info. You can check the importing status of the tag value in the selected time period.

Imported tag values are mostly used for the flow measurement values.

Imported tag values are used in operation tags such as pressure, temperature, density and MW, and to design property tags such as composition of components and material own properties (such as LHV).

When you import the density or MW value from the tag, if the tag value is out of range, the tag value is not imported.

For example, if density value of CU:GR015.L lab. tag is zero and it is applied, the Status shows CU:GR001.L tag value is wrong and it is not applied.

90.GetTagDataFromDB

90.GetTagDataFromDB2

It is the same when you import the individual tag as shown below.

Get Event Data From DB

On Get Event Data From DB tab, you can check importing properties status and their value in selected time period.

When you import the new properties data, the data is queried using the defined interface. And then those are automatically applied in the model, when you click the Apply.

For example, when you set the SQL to specific interface name for importing density, product code, vol. volume, mass volume, and so on. You can check the value and status of those properties in this tab.

Get Movement Data From DB

On Get Movement From DB tab, you can check importing movement status and its value in the selected time period.

When you import the new transaction (or movement) data, the new transaction (or movement) line is automatically configured in the model.

For example, you import the new transaction (or movement) data as the OFFSITE(TANK FARMS) model is not open.

90.GetMovementDataFromDB

The transaction (or movement) line from 03006 to T_CRUDE does not exist in the OFFSITE (TANK FARMS) model but when you apply these movements, the OFFSITE(TANK FARMS) model is opened and new transaction (or movement) line is drawn as shown below.

104.Movement_Data(2)

So when you import the transaction (or movement) data, you do not need to check whether the model of these lines is open or not.

If the movement data is without stream name,AVEVA Production Accounting shows an error message (Name is not defined) as shown below, and does not allow to import the data.

Get Logic Data

On the Get Logic Data tab, you can check the status of logic, which is set on Logic.Info.

Get Inventory Cutting Data

On the Get Inventory Cutting Data tab, you can check status and values of intermediate inventory data.

If you want to import Inventory Cutting Data, you should check Inv. Cutting IF in interface information, and the Use Intermediate Tank Inventory Cutting (ITIC) option should be selected on DR Solver tab.

206.GetInventoryCuttingData3

In Get Inventory Cutting Data tab, the inventory values of every cutting period are imported, however AVEVA Production Accounting automatically finds out new cutting period and makes a new event for only that period when user clicks Apply. The data field which already has an event is set to error and displayed in red.
