Data Reconciliation (DR) Solver is a state-of-the-art statistical algorithm of detecting gross errors and reconciling plant data for simple or complex process flowsheets.
Data Reconciliation Solver does the following:
-
Generates the balances for mass and/or volume around any process unit in your plant.
-
Automatically performs the model validation, missing flow detection and faulty meter detection before executing the actual reconciliation, which permits Data Reconciliation Solver to exclude from the reconciliation any data that should be filtered out. The remaining redundancy in the model is used to reconcile the movements while remaining within the user-specified, overall confidence level (%).
-
Enables you to easily check gross errors or data problems in the dynamic display of DR results as well as the GUI.
The confidence level is what lets you determine how many measurements will be classified as gross errors and disqualified.
Note: Utilizing the Model Connector to connect models is a mandatory step in order to access global Solver reconciliation support. If a model does not have a Model Connector, the Solver will exclude it from reconciliation when the reconciliation operation begins from another model.
