Select process units, streams, nodes and tanks from a toolbar and connect them just as they are in your plant.

From the connections that you configure, the GUI automatically constructs the balance equations necessary to reconcile raw data as you build your configuration. As you make changes in the flow diagram, the GUI changes the balance equations to match. You don’t need to deal with equations, just the graphics of the plant.

All components of the model are termed objects. AVEVA Production Accounting objects are graphical representations of items of equipment.
Update a plant flow diagram
All plants change with time. As processes and streams go into or out of service, simply change your flow diagram. When an object is taken out of service in the flow diagram, balance equations automatically reflect the new configuration. If you configure your model well, you will not have to change it to keep up with daily changes in operating conditions. Your model will "know" which streams are in service.

View detailed information about an object in the model
Use the mouse to move over process, stream or tank you want to see, you can quickly see the information without having to click the individual dialog. The graphics pinpoint problems by automatically changing the color of the appropriate object on the screen.
