On the Table Contents dialog, you can query and view the contents of a table in the database.
Open the Table Contents dialog

From the Tools menu, select Table.Contents.

To select an object from the Table name field, select an object from Table Name dropdown.
To search for an object:

Select Search.
A search dialog appears.

In the first dropdown list select the column heading. In the second dropdown list select the parameter related to the column selected.
The object will be highlighted in the list.

To copy the data from the Table Contents window, select Copy To Excel.
To perform additional actions on the data on the Table Contents window, right-click anywhere in the No column.
Column headers highlighted in red indicate the fields cannot be left blank.
To sort a column in ascending or descending order, double click the column header.
To query all records for a selected time period, slect the Start Date and End Date, then select Query.

Whenever you select an event table in the Table Name dropdown list, such as EVNT_STREAM, EVNT_NODE, EVNT_PROCESS, or EVNT_TANK, two buttons appear to permit period selection and query execution.
To perform actions on multiple records, select one or more row items, then select File.
