To retrieve and view any report from AVEVA Production Accounting – Web, provide the start date, end date, and model name in the report page.
It is recommended to save the engineering unit in the database before fetching the report. If not saved, an error message appears prompting you to save the engineering unit before querying the report.
Save engineering unit
The engineering unit is saved in the TBL_GLOBALSET table, along with other configurations, in the AVEVA Production Accounting application. The SetGroup for the engineering unit is ENGUNIT. After you save the engineering unit in the desktop application, query the report.

Open AVEVA Production Accounting.

Select the Tools menu.

In the Tools menu, in the Tools group, select Option.
The Option dialog appears.

In the Option dialog, select the File/Database tab.

In the File/Database tab, select Save Global Setting Parameters into the Network Database.

Select OK.
The engineering unit is saved.
Export a report

In the report page, select Excel Export or PDF Export to export the report to its respective output file in your local system.

Sort records by field
In the report page, by default, data is displayed in the order retrieved from the database.

Sort and arrange records by performing one of the following actions:

Select a column once.
The records are arranged in ascending order.

Double-click the column.
The records are arranged in descending order.

Triple-click the column.
The records are arranged in the default order.
The columns are sorted and a sorting indicator appears next to the column name.

Filter rows

Select the filter icon beside a column, such as Stream Name.
A pop-up window appears.

Perform one of the following actions:

Clear or select the Stream Name row checkboxes as required.

Select OK.
The stream rows are hidden or displayed based on applied changes.

Select Sort A to Z.
The rows are arranged in ascending alphabetical order from A to Z.

Select Sort Z to A.
The rows are arranged in descending alphabetical order from Z to A.

Filter columns

Select Columns.
The Choose Column pop-up window appears.

Clear or select the column checkboxes as required.

Select OK.
The columns are hidden or displayed based on the applied changes.
Zoom in, zoom out, pan, and reset a bar chart
Each bar chart includes a zoom feature that allows you to focus on specific sections for more detail.

To zoom, pan, or reset a bar chart, perform the following steps:

Go to the Analytical View tab of one of the following reports:

Energy Summary
-
Loss Summary
-
Emission Summary
-

In the bar chart of a node, perform one of the following actions:

Zoom in (1): If you are using a mouse, click on the chart and scroll up. If you are using a laptop, on the touchpad, stretch two fingers apart. You can also select the Zoom in button.

Zoom out (2): If you are using a mouse, click on the chart and scroll down. If you are using a laptop, on the touchpad, pinch two fingers together. You can also select the Zoom out button.

Pan (3): Select the Pan button to navigate through the zoomed in chart details.

Reset (4): Select the Reset button to revert the chart back to its original state.

Note: When a chart is zoomed in, the Zoom in, Zoom out, Pan, and Reset buttons are visible.
Configure the number of charts displayed in a page
By default, the number of bar charts displayed in the report page is four. To change the number of charts displayed:

Select the Items per page dropdown and select a value from the list.

The number of charts displayed in the page is updated based on the selected value.
Open and expand a bar chart in a dialog

Go to the Analytical View tab of one of the following reports:

Energy Summary
-
Loss Summary
-
Emission Summary
-

In the bar chart of a node, select the lens button.

The bar chart opens in a dialog view.

Select Expand Chart.
The chart bars are zoomed in along with their labels.

Use the horizontal scroll bar to navigate through the chart details.
Note: The Expand Chart and scroll feature functions similarly to the Zoom in and Pan feature. The difference is that when using Pan, the Y axis of the chart remains fixed, whereas in the Expanded Chart format, the Y axis moves with the horizontal scroll.
