Data auditing
The administrator user can audit the model’s data and set the related options. The Data Auditing box for an administrator user will appear like this.

Global setting parameters
The global setting parameters in the Options dialog box are saved in the network database and are shared with the different users. AVEVA Production Accounting keeps some setting parameters which affect the results of data reconciliation in the network database, and these setting parameters are shared with all users if a user opens the same network database.
Note Only an administrator user can save these setting parameters in the network database.
The following procedure describes how to create audit tables:
-
Open Options dialog after you login as administrator user.
-
If there are no audit tables in the network database, you first create them by clicking Create Audit Tables in the Network Database command button.

-
The Save Global Setting Parameters into the Network Database command button is enabled, and you click this button for saving the current global setting parameters into the network database.

Note Many global setting parameters such as Engineering Units are not enabled, and you want to use these which are saved into the network database.
Run a database audit
-
Run Audit: If User Admin starts auditing by clicking the Run Audit checkbox button on Option window, the whole data auditing including above model comment runs. See More about data auditing.
-
Only Model Comment: Starts auditing only model comments without whole data auditing.
-
Allow No Comment: If Run Audit option is checked and Allow No Comment option is checked, the Input Comment message box will not allow any comment.
Change global settings parameters
If an administrator user wants to change the global setting parameters and save these again into the network database, check Edit Global Setting Parameters check box, and then the global setting parameters are enabled to change.
After you change these, you save these again into the network database by clicking Save Global Setting Parameters into the Network Database command button.
