Model Validation for zero measured value

If all the input and output streams for a balance point are measured and one of the streams has a measured value of zero that does not balance with the other measured values, AVEVA Production Accounting can, if this checkbox is checked, force the zero stream to be treated as unmeasured, which permits AVEVA Production Accounting to assign a nonzero reconciled flow to it. This option provides flexibility but it is usually preferable to avoid the use of this feature and instead, to examine such cases to find the underlying cause of the discrepancy in the measurements and fix it.
