Add a blend

Open Manage Components.

Select the Blend tab.

On the Blend tab, select New Blend.

The New Blend dialog appears.

In the New Blend dialog, in the Name field, enter a name for the blend and select OK.

Select the Select CutSet drop-down and select a cutset for the blend.

In the Distillation Data section, select the Assay drop-down and select an assay or blend from the same cutset.

In the Weight% field, enter the weight percentage of the selected assay or blend.

Select Process Blend Assay.

The blend is processed and added to the Thermo Components Properties list.

In the Select the Node pane, right-click on the new blend.

Select Add to Component list.

The blend is added to the AVEVA Production Accounting component drop-down list.

Similarly, to add a pseudo component to the component list, right-click on a blend pseudo component.

Select Add to Component list.

The blend is listed in the Chemical Name drop-down of the Thermo Component List of AVEVA Production Accounting.
