Managing Extracts

If the extract hierarchy has different primary locations for different extracts, then both the parent and child databases must be both propagating and allocated at each other’s locations. If this isn’t done then Claims and Flushes will fail.

Because of this, Claiming, Flushing, and Issuing should be managed by a Supervisor to make sure Claims are handles in batches in a planned and controlled manner.
