Create Whitespace Representation Library

Creates a RPLB at the specified location in the hierarchy.

The LIBY must be selected in the hierarchy to make it the CE.

Input the command:

new rplb

It is recommended that you give the RPLB a name that makes its contents obvious to users.

If an attempt is made to create a WOSTYL, WGSTYL or WESTYL or WSERST under a RPLB which is owned by a LIBY not at WORL* or DEPT level, you receive an error message summarizing the problem.
