Hierarchy Settings

Add the hierarchies to the 3D View. We are not going to output the highlighted GENSECs in the FRMW ROW_ES.C. Move the GENSECs to another FRMW hierarchy.

We are not going to output the FRMW EQUI_SUPPORT/LADDERS or the FRMW EQUI-SUPPORTS/STAIRFLIGHTS. Move the FRMWs to another hierarchy.

We use GENSEC as the hierarchy to recognize the type of sections, so we create four FRMW and set their Purpose attribute to COLU, BEAM, BRAC and PANE to store the new GENSECs and Panels.
