No Moved Annotations Stop Condition

The conditions are met if there are no annotations to move. For example, annotations are set to Don't Move or there are no annotations.

The computation stops automatically and a warning is displayed in the Messages window:

2019-11-27 19:42:10 Warning. There are no annotations to optimize. Consider changing placement mode on some annotations.
