P-line Angle

A p-line can be used for angle on elements:

GLAB, SLAB and VNOT.

It is defined by the p-line attributes (PKEY and DDNM) together with a special value of the PPDI attribute. The value:

PPDI -2

means that the p-line used to position the annotation is also used for angle.
