Add Angular Dimensions

Adds angular dimensions to a view.

1. You are prompted to Specify the dimension position point or <Type>

2. Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the centre point of the annotation.

3. You are then prompted to Specify the dimension position point or <Direction>

4. Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify a point to measure from.

5. You are then prompted to Specify the dimension point or <Direction>

6. Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify a point to measure to.

7. You are then prompted to Specify the dimension line position or

8. Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the position of the dimension line.

9. You are then prompted to Specify the dimension point or <Finish>

10. Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the position of an additional angular dimension.

11. The prompt is repeated, allowing you to create multiple angular dimensions.

12. Input F at the prompt and press Enter to end the command.

13. Throughout the angular dimension creation process you can press ESC to cancel the command. Additional functionality is also available.

    Type	Press the down arrow key and select Type to specify the type of angular dimension.
    Sense mode	Press the down arrow key and select Sense mode to specify the mode of the angular dimension. Refer to Sense Mode for further information.
    Derived	Press the down arrow key and select Derived to define the origin point of the angular dimension using the intersecting point of two P-lines. Refer Add Angular Dimensions with Derived Intersection to for further information.
    Chained	Press the down arrow key and select Chained to specify the angular dimension type as chained.
    Baseline	Press the down arrow key and select Baseline to specify the angular dimension type as angular baseline.
    Combined	Press the down arrow key and select Combined to specify the angular dimension type as combined.
    Direction	Press the down arrow key and select Direction to add angular dimensions with a specified direction. Refer to Add Angular Dimensions with Specified Direction for further information.
    Back	Press the down arrow key and select Back to undo the last action.
    Finish	Press the down arrow key and select Finish to end the command.
    Free	Press the down arrow key and select Free to create the angular dimensions in either a clockwise or anti clockwise rotational direction style. The style is defined by the cursor movement direction used to create the dimension points. Refer to Sense Mode for further information.
    By Style	Press the down arrow key and select By style to create the angular dimensions using the rotational direction style used to create the previous angular dimension. Refer to Sense Mode for further information.

The new ADIM element displays in the Draw Explorer containing a DPOI element that represents each dimension point.
