To create a new thread comment, click plus to display a list of options.
Current Element
Creates a comment thread linked to the current element.
Current Selection
Creates a comment thread linked to all elements in the current selection.
My Collections
Creates a comment thread linked to all the elements in the selected collection.
Search results
Creates a comment thread linked to all the elements in the search results.
After clicking an option, the selected elements are displayed.

To remove an item from the create list, click ... and select Exclude element from the displayed list.

Click OK to create the comment thread or Cancel to discard any creation. After clicking OK you are required to add the Subject, a Comment post and a UDA value if one has been set.
Once the Subject and Post text have been entered, the comment Capture and Attachments options are activated.
Click to generate a snapshot image of the current 3D view. The captured image is opened in a separate tab and the CAPTURE tab is displayed on the Fluent UI. After adding any mark-up click Finish to save the comment capture or Cancel to cancel the creation of comment capture.
Adds an attachment to a comment post. Click to display the Select File to Attach window.
Note: Maximum size of an attachment file is 20MB.
Saves the comment thread
Cancels the creation and returns to the previous window.

To set the Priority select an option from the down drop list. Clicking More allows you to set a range of options.
