Cross-Database Reference Attributes

Updates cross-database reference attributes and updates all Draw element attributes that refer to elements in the Design database. The settings of the attributes exist as database reference numbers.

The update function operates on the current element. It should only be used if the Design database has been deleted and rebuilt from macros.
