The default Look Direction (Isometric view) is applied to the CE in the 3D view and therefore the Isometric drawing.
You can modify the look direction.

Spool Playback Controls
By default, the first spool is highlighted in red. You can highlight other spools using the Spool Playback controls;

Click to highlight the first spool in the branch. |

Previous |
Click to highlight the previous spool in the spool sequence. |
|
|
Play |
Click to highlight each spool in turn continuously using a slideshow format. Once selected Pause displays. |

Pause |
Click to pause continuous play back. |
|
|
Next |
Click to highlight the next spool in the spool sequence. |
|
|
Last |
Click to highlight the last spool in the branch. |
