The Conditions when a User is not being Charged

A User will not be charged for using AVEVA E3D Whitespace Optimizer if they stop the optimization while the picture is being processed and the result hadn’t been generated by the time the operation terminates.

A User will not be charged also when they start the AVEVA E3D Whitespace Optimizer to process a heavy computational picture and they will not get a single result back before the computation timeout is reached.
