Undesired Internet Connection Failure

In case of an internet connection failure, when the AVEVA E3D Whitespace Optimizer has been started and the connection with AVEVA Cloud Computation backend service cannot be established again, the User will be charged only if the AVEVA Cloud Computation session produces at least one result. In that case, a user can raise a ticket to apply for a refund.
