Hierarchy of Sample Fittings

The catalog contains a separate CATA element for fittings.

The hierarchy for section and panel fittings is divided into fitting groups, for example, similar fitting types are grouped together in an STSE element.

Each STSE element owns one or more STCA element, one for each fitting type.

Each STCA element owns all the elements that define the fitting, for example, SFIT, GMSE, NGMS, PTSE and DTSE.

The section fitting groups are:

• Baseplates

• Stiffeners

• Lifting lug

• Padeyes

• Shear stud

• Scaffold clip

The panel fitting groups are:

• Manways

• Hatches
