Lets you delete one or more rules for the current element or for specified elements.

Example:

RULE DELETE ALL

Deletes all rules for the current element.

RULE DEL ALL ON ALL FOR /PUMP1

Deletes all rules for all primitives owned by /PUMP1.

Command Syntax:
