Zoom

Increases or decreases the magnification of the view without changing the size of any objects.

The smoothness of the zoom operation can be controlled. Refer to Animations for further information.

• Window – Zoom to an area of the view defined by a rectangular window. You are prompted to select the first and second corners of the window.

• Extents – Decreases the magnification of the view to include all of the objects in the view.

• Object – Zoom to display the selected object in the middle of the window. If no object is selected you are prompted to select one.

• Centre – Zoom to an area of the view defined by picking a centre point on the view and magnification value.
