Convert a CAESAR II Neutral File to a CAESAR II Input File

It is necessary to convert the Neutral file created in the Pipe Stress Interface application to a CAESAR II input file before the Stress Group can be viewed and analyzed in CAESAR II.

  1. From the CAESAR II pipe stress system menu bar, select Interfaces > Generic > CAESAR II Neutral File.

    The Neutral File Generator window is displayed.

  2. Select Convert Neutral File to CAESAR II Input File.

  3. To navigate to the *.cii file in the Input folder created by the Pipe Stress Interface, select Browse.

  4. Select Convert. A message confirming the conversion is displayed.
