Draw Equilateral Triangle with Specified Centre Point and Set Fillet Radius

Draws an equilateral triangle with a specified centre point and a set fillet radius.

  1. You are prompted to Specify the first vertex or <Centre mode>

  2. Input F at the prompt and press Enter.

  3. You are then prompted to Specify the fillet radius or

  4. Input a value in the dimension field and press Enter. The radius is applied to all triangles drawn in the session.

  5. You are then prompted to Specify the first vertex or <Centre mode>

  6. Input C at the prompt and press Enter.

  7. You are then prompted to Specify the centre point or <Vertex mode>

  8. Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the centre point of the triangle.

  9. You are then prompted to Specify any vertex or

  10. Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify a corner of the triangle, therefore also specifying the length of all sides of the triangle.

  11. A triangle is drawn and the command ends automatically.

  12. Throughout the triangle creation process the you can press ESC to cancel the command. Additional functionality is also available.

    Centre mode

    Press the down arrow key and select Centre mode to draw a triangle with a specified centre point. Refer to Draw Equilateral Triangle with Specified Centre Point for further information.

    Vertex mode

    Press the down arrow key and select Vertex mode to draw a triangle with specified vertices. Refer to Draw Equilateral Triangle with Specified Vertices for further information.

    Back

    Press the down arrow key and select Back to undo the last action.

The new NOTE element displays in the Draw Explorer containing an ETRI element.
