Use to configure the following settings for integrating AVEVA E3D Design with AVEVA ERM.

Specify AVEVA Integration Service settings.

Filter Configuration
Use to configure a filter for publishing catalogue and part list information to AVEVA ERM. A filter must be configured for every workflow that involves transfer of data to AVEVA ERM.
The grid is populated with the added filters, use the Select for Publish check box to preview the information to be published in the Publish to AVEVA ERM window.
The following fields are required for each filter:

User defined name to differentiate between different settings |

Select Element Type(s) |
The element types for which the filter is being configured. |

Status Definition |
The status definition used for integration, must always be "/PublishingStatus". |
|
Filtering Status |
The status of the elements when they can be published to the preview screen. |
|
Publishing Status |
The status at which data is available to AVEVA ERM, must always be "/Published". |
|
Select Transfer List |
The PML function through which data is made available to AVEVA ERM. Default PML functions are available for each configuration. |

Use to create a new filter |

Add |
Adds the filter to the filter configuration grid |

Edit |
Use to edit an existing filter in the configuration grid |

Delete |
Deletes the filter from the configuration grid |

Cancel |
Use to clear all the fields in the configuration grid |
Integration Service
Use the functionality to configure the AVEVA Integration Service.

Integration Service Settings

Service Installed On |
The machine name of the computer on which the AVEVA Integration Service is installed. |
|
Port |
The port number to which the Service must connect to. |
|
Service URL |
The link to the service used for integration. |
|
Test |
Validates the service URL by connecting to the Service and displays a message. |
|
DataSource Type |
The data source type in AVEVA Integration Service, must be set to AVEVA ERM. |
|
DataSource Table |
The name of the data source in the AVEVA Integration Service. |
|
Load data automatically if elements are less than |
If selected, automatically loads data in the Notifications window, if the count is less than the number specified. |
Notification Service Settings

Service Installed On |
The machine name of the computer on which the AVEVA Notification Service is installed. |
|
Port |
The port number to which the service must connect to. |
|
Service URL |
The link to the service used for sending and receiving notifications. |
|
Test |
Validates the service URL by connecting to the Service and displays a message. |
|
Time Interval (Minutes) |
Time interval in minutes to fetch notifications. |
|
Sent To Application |
The application to which the notifications must be sent, must be set to AVEVA ERM. |
|
Sent From Application |
The name of application from which data is transferred. Used for sending and receiving notifications to and from AVEVA ERM. |
|
Auto delete when handled messages are more than |
If selected, handled messages are deleted automatically depending on the message count set. |
Use Save to save the information entered into the Settings window, this also saves the location of the material mapping file currently mentioned in the Material Category Mapping window. When the Material Category Mapping widow is next opened, the material mapping file is opened from the same location.
Use Reset to populate the Settings window with the last saved version.
