Create Grid Cylinder

Creates a grid cylinder on the currently selected cylindrical reference grid.

A new grid cylinder is created from an existing grid cylinder. By default, the name of the new grid cylinder is defined from the name of the reference grid.

A new grid cylinder can only be created from within grid edit mode. Refer to Grid Edit Mode for further information.

You are prompted to Select reference grid cylinder
Click to identify an existing grid cylinder on the same axis as the new grid cylinder.

You are then prompted to Radius or <finish>
Input an angular value in the field and press Enter or click to identify a grid cylinder position along the axis.

The prompt is repeated, allowing you to create multiple grid cylinders along the selected axis.
Input F at the prompt and press Enter to end the command.

Throughout the grid cylinder creation process you can press ESC to cancel the command.

Press the down arrow key and select Diameter to define a cylindrical plane using a diameter value. |

Press the down arrow key and select Finish to end the command. |

Press the down arrow key and select Radius to define a cylindrical plane using a radius value. |
