Laser Model Interface

The Laser Model Interface (LMI) is a separately licensed module for the AVEVA Plant and AVEVA Marine products. Used in conjunction with a supported Laser Model server application, it allows:

• The display of Laser Models within AVEVA E3D™/Outfitting, combined with normal AVEVA E3D™/Outfitting geometry.

• Clashing calculations between Laser Models and AVEVA E3D™/Outfitting geometry, and display of the resulting clashing regions.

• Picking of points within Laser Models, and creating "tie-in" points between Laser Models and geometry.

• Implementation of third party defined extended functionality.
